I founded my first business at sixteen, selling personal computers and teaching evening classes to corporate employees in the Netherlands. My university thesis was on Artificial Intelligence in Industrial Automation. It sparked a lifelong fascination with where technology meets human decision-making, and that intersection has shaped every venture since.

Across Industries and Continents

At Silicon Graphics, I ran channel sales across EMEA and watched how strategic drift can destroy even the most brilliant companies. I drove business development in mobile telecom. I built one of the world's largest professional healthcare platforms for chronic diseases. I designed and produced sailing yachts. I founded technology startups, and learned as much from the failures as from the successes.

Then Came Ukraine

During the second half of my career, I built a sales strategy advisory for IT companies, partnered with the Big Four consultants, and became deeply embedded in the country's technology ecosystem. When Russia invaded, I lost my business, my network, and most of my financial footing overnight.

Built from the Rebuild

Rebuilding from Spain and later the Netherlands, through war, illness, and personal loss, I forged the framework that became Authoritative Sales™. This book was not born from theory. It was born from the same disruption it is designed to help others navigate.

Today

I write, speak, and counsel senior professionals on the Human Edge: the dimension of leadership and influence no algorithm can replicate. I work one to one through the Counsel program, and with cohorts inside the Authoritative Sales Academy™ walking the 90-Day Comeback together.
